Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of the Travel Package Program?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on the venue’s availability. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of the Travel Package program, please reach out to us at [email protected] immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include the purchaser’s name, order number and package type, and specific accessibility request in your email.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Travel Package and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the venue’s website.

OUR TRAVEL PACKAGES

How do I place my order?

All Willie Nelson 4th of July Travel Packages must be purchased online. Travel Packages will go on sale on Tuesday, March 26th at 10AM ET. After you click on your desired Travel Package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, to make and finalize your order.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?

Our website lists both the price per person and price per package. These prices do not include taxes & fees. Please note – if you are purchasing a Travel Package before Friday, April 26th, 2024, you will have the option to either pay in full or opt-in to a payment plan. See more details about the payment plan option below.

How many rooms are included in my Travel Package?

All Travel Packages include one room for two guests. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred bed type, dependent on availability.

Do the Willie Nelson 4th of July Travel Packages have an age restriction?

Yes, all Travel Packages have an age restriction of 21+ to check in at the hotel. Those under 21 can still occupy a room and attend the festival; however, the primary booker of the reservation must be 21+ for hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.

Is there a payment plan for Willie Nelson 4th of July Travel Packages?

Yes! You can opt into a Payment Plan – a 60% deposit PLUS taxes & fees will be charged at checkout, then the remaining 40% balance payment will be automatically charged on Friday, April 26th, 2024 to the payment method on file. You also have the option to Pay In Full at checkout, ensuring no additional payments after you complete your purchase.

Can I pay for my entire package before the additional payment is due?

Yes! To pay off your payment plan early please reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday at: [email protected] who will assist you with this request.

Do Travel packages come with tickets to Willie Nelson's 4th of July Picnic?

Yes, all Travel Packages include two (2) tickets to Willie Nelson’s 4th of July Picnic on Thursday, July 4th.

How will I know where my seats will be at the venue?

All tickets included within the Travel Packages are reserved seats in Section 102. You can view the venue seat map here.

How and where will I receive my concert tickets included in the Willie Nelson 4th of July Travel Packages?

All tickets for Willie Nelson’s 4th of July Picnic will be digital. In the weeks leading to the event, you will receive an email from Ticketmaster where you can claim your tickets to the show. Please note, you will need to click into this email and add your tickets to your Ticketmaster account, digital wallet OR print prior to getting to the show. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your Travel Package to access your tickets in Ticketmaster. If you experience any issues accessing your tickets there will be friendly and knowledgeable 100x Staff at the hotel on check-in day to assist with any questions.

When will I receive information about 100x Travel Package check-in?

More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event.

How will I receive my merchandise?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x check-in on the same day of your hotel check-in and must be picked up then!
Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.

How do I utilize the roundtrip transportation included in the Travel Package?

More information regarding roundtrip transportation including details about pick-up times and locations will be provided via email closer to the show dates!

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package?

All 100x Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, email us immediately at [email protected] and we will do what we can to help.

HOTEL INFORMATION

What time is check-in and check-out at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia?

At the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia, standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with the hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.

What parking is available at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia?

100x Travel Packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the hotel’s website. You can refer to the summary below, but please note that 100x is not responsible for any parking fees, which are subject to change, and determined by the hotel. 

The Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia only offers valet parking. Overnight valet parking is available for $59.00 + tax per night and includes in-and-out privileges. Charges will be billed to your room. Please allow at least 30 minutes when calling for your automobile.

How far is the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia from the venue?

We chose this hotel not just because it is comfortable and provides a high-quality guest experience, but also because of its close proximity to the venue. The Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia is approximately 3.5 miles away or a 12 minute drive and roundtrip shuttle transportation is included in your Travel Package.

Will there be an incidental hold at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia?

You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in for a nightly deposit of $75.00 for incidentals. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.

TRAVEL PACKAGE REQUESTS

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my Travel Package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your Travel Package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your Travel Package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can email us at [email protected] to request to connect the reservations. We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate!
All requests must be submitted to 100x by Monday, June 3rd, 2024.

I purchased a Travel Package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

Any Travel Package request must be submitted to 100x via email by Monday, June 3rd, 2024

If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else, you will need to reach out to us using the email address you used to purchase your Travel Package in order to update the will call name. Please email us at [email protected] and confirm your order details including the email used for purchase, order number, and package type along with the new ticket holder’s name, email address and phone number in order for our team to update the reservation. Once you have notified us before June 3rd, 2024, the new package holder will be able to check in to their hotel room, pick up their event merchandise at the hotel, and claim the concert tickets associated with their Travel Package! 

Please note: Travel Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, tickets, transportation, and merchandise).

A package must be paid in full prior to it being gifted to another guest.

I have a specific request about my hotel stay, how can I make that request?

All hotel related requests can be sent directly to 100x at [email protected]. All requests must be submitted to 100x by Monday, June 3rd, 2024.

I need to update the credit card information in order to pay for my Travel Package, how can I do this?

In order to update your credit card information attached to your Travel Package payment method, please reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at [email protected] and they can assist you.
